This looks like somtam at first glance but this is actually somtam pasta! Served chilled, this was very refreshing plus it has all the flavours of the Thai papaya salad. Their fried chicken skins are crispy and flavourful and they’re great for sharing as well. Pastas and drinks are one for one with #burpplebeyond so that’s a good deal!
