V Dining is the first fine-dining restaurant by V-ZUG featuring rather innovative cuisine. They had just welcomed Chef Brent Savage @brent_savage, who took us through six-courses of contemporary vegetarian delights, together with Chef Ryan Clift @chefryanclift, V-Zug Global Ambassador.

Brent has a reputation for creating exciting, innovative food which is at the forefront of contemporary dining, and that earned him multiple awards such as the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Chef of the Year, twice in 2005 and in 2015.

Each dish was also paired with wine masterfully selected by Moritz Deyle @winedeyle, wine sommelier from Ampelia Fine Wines. Ampelia’s core culture is importing and promoting boutique, honest and artisan family winemakers with a focus on selected cool climate countries, particularly Austria, Germany, Italy, France, and New Zealand.
