I opted for the chicken katsu which came with a panko-crusted golden brown exterior that’s deep fried to a well breaded, crisp perfection! ✨ The interior comprised of tender, succulent chicken meat and melted, creamy cheese that oozes out! 😍 With a customizable level of spice intensity for the curry, I opted for level 4 which was still manageable for me, a lingering and distinct spiciness that was flavourful and aromatic. The highest level is 5, which I might give it a shot next time 😉. Within the blanket of soft, fluffy omelette lies a bed of white rice that certainly makes a great companion to the thick and fragrant curry. The mushrooms were chewy and juicy as well, though the characteristic earthy note were overwhelmed by the curry. You can also top up $3 for a complete set, which comes with a mini salad and a drink.
