Ticking all the boxes and hitting all the right spots, Sumo Big Prawn’s Crayfish Bee Hoon Noodle Soup was quite a steal with a good handful of plump juicy clams and crayfishes. However, the highlight was certainly the broth which held tons of flavour as well as sweetness lend from the crustaceans. Lip smacking and tummy-warming, the large bowl of soup was further elevated with the fragrance of garlic. A nice portion size to share with two to three persons, the crayfishes were perhaps of a smaller variety but nonetheless satisfying.

(Do beware of the snaking line during lunch hours as I only attempted upon seeing the queue of five fairly unperturbed customers standing before the stall front.)
