This dish has been created to pay homage to an owner friend of Devon Café. It really brought back fond memories as it was exactly THE dish I ordered about a year ago! What are the odds and how often do you find blinis on brunch menus!! I truly savored every bit of it!

The whole combination of this dish is greater than the sum of its parts. Hollandaise glazed sous vide organic eggs, delicately house smoked salmon, marinated ikura & fried crunchy kale on buckwheat pancakes. Would have enjoyed this more if the buckwheat pancakes were on the sweeter side!
