While there are quite the assortment of quirky and bold flavours on rotation at Butterknife Folk, a firm favourite of mine at any ice cream parlour is the classic Pistacchio gelato. Luckily their rendition came smooth, rich and completely worth the calories. And the scoop sitting atop is their Ondeh Ondeh, which captured the essence of thedessert. It was lusciously creamy with a strong dose of coconut, pandan and streaks of gula melaka as well as grated coconut for that extra bit of texture.
