🍔 IMPOSSIBLE BURGER 🍔 , an @omakase.burger x @impossible_foods collaboration, a meatless burger I go vegetarian quite often and have been very curious about IMPOSSIBLE(tm) So IMPOSSIBLE meat is derived from soybean proteins and some other stuffs that goes under bio-chem process and voila, you have a vegetarian (or perhaps vegan?) ‘meat’ Gotta admit, this IMPOSSIBLE meat patty does taste very similar to minced meat patty.
