Quite thin lol so it was more a cheese tart then a cheesecake. Rather savoury actually, more intense than the usual cheesecakes. But what impressed me most was the mysterious sprinkles, very funky almost like a concentrated cheesecake. I was so curious I went back to the stall to find out what it was, and lo and behold it's 7 months aged beemster cheese. Definitely not for people who like a fluffy and like cheesecake
