I’m a basic bitch kinda milk tea fan. I may try all the hippie popular flavours, but I always fall back on the good old honey black/red/green milk tea classics. At Chun Fun How though I found myself loving everything I tried. Keeping it short, I had:

1. Sweet Potato Black Tea Latte: LOVE the nutty, mellow kinda sweetness the sweet potatoes lend to the drink! The potatoes are blended in so the drink has a gritty sorta texture to it and I adore that.
2. Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea: super light and refreshing, I can taste both floral components in this drink, reaching a nice balance so one doesn’t overpower the other.
3. Lychee Four Seasons with Aloe Vera: huge chunks of aloe vera guys I’d take this over pearls any day.
4. Winter Melon Lemonade: SO GOOD. You get a sharp hit from the winter melon first, which then eases into a very fragrant winter melon tea. Can’t list a favourite, they were all delicious in their own way. If you like something creamier the first 2 are the way to go.
.
They open their doors this Saturday, and the first 100 customers get a little rebate voucher! So chop chop: you snooze you lose 😉
