Niang dou fu ( min 6 pieces of your choice ) plus kolo Mee

Would it be too much if I said I was literally dreaming of these noodles last evening ?

The satisfaction of getting there this afternoon and having them pipping hot and fresh is indescribable....

perhaps this is one of the reasons why I like dining alone because there is no need for compromise 🤸🏿‍♂️🤸🏿‍♂️

This is my second time writing about this stall but I feel I must give credit to this stall owner because his food is outstanding .

Each morsel of yong tau fu is freshly handmade .
I particularly love the bitter gourd , beancurd and Fishballs . I love the combined use of fish and porkmeat that the stall owner uses for his yong tau Hu .

As though 6 huge pieces of yong tau Hu is not enough , you get a substantial portion of spinach in your soup ( that is so very tasty - full of Ilan bikinis umami ) .

And on top of that your kolo Mee comes with generous portions of minced lean pork .

At 4 dollars , if this is not extreme value , then what is ? 🤣

Ask for your kolo Mee to be served without the black sauce because this allows the flavour of the homemade chilli, the pork oil and the shallots to shine through .

In my opinion , this stall deserves a Michelin 😊

Ok - the secret’s out..... I foresee long Long Long queues from now .
