PSA choices of mains incl half seabass? And paella(only squid ink), can't RMB the other ones

The pork was really good. Very well brined, it comes w a lot of flavour and the crust was decent as well. Not the most tender, but the slight chewy texture was pleasurable. Loved the salt flakes tho it's abit too salty. Generous portion of salad(this is double portion, usually comes w fries).

At this price point, the only complaint is the garlic aioli which didn't taste of garlic and was v mild
