Melon Pan Ice;crunchy biscuit layer over a super fluffy bread, eaten warm with ice cream sandwiched in the middle, what’s not to love?
Wonder why they’re called Melon Pan although no melons are actually incorporated? It’s because the crunchy biscuit top was lined in such way that it resembles a melon.
This one I tried is just one of the several melon pan shops in Asakusa. Wasn’t my initial shop in plan to visit but it has brought me so much joy (no lebai se enak itu apalagi if u love breadddd). Featured is the Melon Pan パロンパン with Matcha 抹茢 soft serve. Melon pans are a MUST TRY when visiting Asakusa!
This one is from Asakusa Kagetsudo!
