I didn't think much of this dish comprised of a common ingredient found at Yong Tau Foo stalls when we ordered it, but was pleasantly surprised. If there's one thing Canton Paradise excels at, it's Chinese comfort food. The generous portion of tofu pieces were firm and substanstial to the bite, carrying the flavour of the gravy well. The pork stuffing itself didn't have much taste, but I welcomed the meaty texture. Great eaten with a bowl of rice to soak up the sauce.
