Tender and very nicely grilled. Hit the right charred level. Will return again to try their other grilled dishes like the ribeye steak (I saw another table having it and I mean like it may look like another grilled meat but it looked like a really good grilled meat).

Service at Perch was ace as well! Staff was attentive and pleasant!
