The key to having a great okonomiyaki here is to be patient. For our first okonomiyaki, we kept hurrying the staff to flip and kept asking if it was ready, so it turned out less crispy than expected. The popular one is the one with buta. The appetizers were quite amazing too, loved the potato salad๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜, the mentaiko tofu and crispy burdock. Left with a smoky head but happy belly.
