My $3.50 plate contained a considerable mound of noodle accompanied by char siew, both fried and boiled wantons as well as some chye sim.

The noodle is flavorful while its texture is delightfully springy without the alkaline smell. I love the old school taste which reminded me of the wanton noodle that I had as a child.

What's admirable is that this plate of wanton noodle is actually prepared by a young chap probably in his late 20s.
