A mouthful of a name and a mouthful of flavour explosion. At $26++, this 'corn pizza' in layman terms is seemingly steep but the first bite into it, one will come to realise why this dish is worth every penny. It's definitely not just any corn pizza! Fresh juicy corn aside, it's glazed with herb oil and creamy paste which wasnt overly cloying. I love how the 'pizza' base was made of tortilla chips - everything looks so in-house and authentic that you feel good eating foods made from scratch! Almost every table had a portion of this corn pizza - that's a sign you MUST order. I wouldnt be surprised if this is the next michelin 1-star venue. The food was fantabulous and service was pretty amazing as well. This probably explains the 3 months' waiting list!
