New on their revamped menu, a sushi-rice-less Unagi Maki! Rolled with crisp Prawn Tempura, fried Unagi, Mozzarella & Tamago Tempura (yes these were battered together and fried, so you get a good touch of sweetness from the egg, and saline stringy cheese when it’s still warm), fresh crunch of baby romaine lettuce and Capsicum Rice Paper drizzled with tangy Okononiyaki sauce.
That’s plenty for an entire mouthful, but I managed to stuff all that tasty goodness in and it definitely served as a good lunch.
