Crafted by Chef Francis Wong, from the defunct Non Entree Desserts, the cute sphere shape cakes are not to be missed at 51 Tras. Another crowd-pleasing item on the menu, the Moon Walker ($9) was right up my alley. Packing an alluring hit of earthiness and nuttiness, the black sesame mousse was real yums - smooth, pleasantly rich, and not at all cloying. The salted caramel cream, chocolate sponge, and green tea crunch worked superbly together too.
