Hidden along the Peranakan shophouses in George Town's famous UNESCO site, it is easy to miss the store unless you are looking for it. This bird nest speciality store incorporates the delicacy into different dishes such as Bird's Nest Jelly (MYR15) or Bird's Nest Coconut Jelly (MYR25).

We went for Bird's Nest Egg Tart, something we can get used to having weekly! Crumble cookie pastry crust filled with moist egg custard and a generous layer of bird's nest.
