Who knew bakkwa can be used in so many different ways and still taste so good? Wasn't expecting much tbh but it turned out pretty impressive!

Ordered the Chicken Roulade ($22), Chili Crab Fettuccine ($24), Fish Risotto ($20), Grilled Chicken with Alfalfa ($18) and Mozzarella Katsu ($10). The first 2 items were my favourites. Love how the bakkwa gives all the dishes that extra crunch and sweetness. No bakkwa in the Fettuccine, but I dare say it's one of the best (and spiciest) Chili Crab pasta I've had! All redeemed using @burpple 1-for-1 🙌
