A rainy day’s favourite! Rich tomato soup broth that tastes slightly similar to that of haidilao’s! However, as seen here, it can get pretty oily. Yummy but oily, so not something to have frequently! The noodles were super yumz and al-dente, the braised beef was flavourful and fall-of-the-bone. Served with half a hanjuku egg.
