Regular ribeye steak which standard is close to that of a restaurant's. Ribeye is tender and doneness is close to how I want it to be. But don't understand why I'm still paying restaurant prices in a coffeeshop?? I mean I give them credits for coming out with a fine dining in a kopitiam concept but the prices are not really justifiable. But I have to say the food there is really not bad for a coffeeshop
