So, it was brought to my notice today that portion sizes at @thehangarsg have grown. Which means one of my preferred dishes there, the Steak Burrito Bowl, has become even heartier. Needless to say, it is still as satisfyingly tasty as ever.
What’s in that killer mix that can do no wrong? Well, a sliced-up slab of grass-fed flank steak, avocado in guac form, aubergine, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and housemade spiced baked beans on cauliflower rice. So yeah, sorry if your stomach just growled 😜.
