One of the trademarks in the Danish culture, has got to be these over the top hotdog buns (35NOK, S$7+)! They call this - their "classic way" of dressing their sausage bread - a spamful of relish and shallots, with a drizzle of ketchup and mustard on top of the fat juicy sausage within the nicely toasted bun.

We had this in a Classic way - sitting upon the benches at City Hall Square in the centre of Copenhagen central, admiring the infrastructure and running away from birds trying to eat our bread crumbs hmmphhh.

When in Denmark, bask yourself in the Danish hot dog stand culture, it doesn't get any better than this!
