This was probably the most classic of seafood platters I‘d come across in a while. As we were a party of four, our server recommended the Grande size and it suited us well.
Arranged neatly over the two tiers on the silver tray was the Chef’s selection of Maine lobster, jumbo prawns, fresh oysters (they were on the small side that day but still lovely), mussels, clams, ceviches and tartares. Four kinds of sauces and a miniature bottle of Tabasco came along with the seafood so we could mix and match them according to our preference.
The only way to do a #seafoodplatter justice is to eat it with your hands, and that is what we did.
