Served with fried dough fritters and dark soya sauce.
The noodles was rather thin, looking similar like the version used for wanton mee.
The broth was peppery but flavourful.
The meat was the best part especially the piece with soft bone which simply melt in the mouth.
Overall it reminded one of Wanton mee rather than the usual ramen.
