With Brioche, Marmalade and Torched Tobiko. Thatโ€™s one huge piece of Foie gras! Definitely one of the biggest piece of Foie Gras we have had! Would be better if the brioche was crisp!

Served with ice cream and shaved chocolates. The waffles tasted fresh and crisp, a nice finale to end off the meal.
