The dish that I look forward to the most! I just love how restaurants will put in the effort to present their dessert in the most creative way possible for this special occassion.

The tart was beautifully presented with a cage dome made of chocolate. Interesting presentation but taste wise I thought it could be better.

Having had a bad experience with steak last Valentineโ€™s, I am glad The Knolls executed this main dish beautifully.

We paired the sirloin steak with a glass of ๐†๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž. I like it that the steak was simply grilled and fresh with good marbling. Easily cut through, the steak was not only tender but succulent and juicy too!

Not sure if you can see it, but I really like the thickness of the smoked salmon served here. A thick and fresh cut of it!

Gently flavored, the smoked salmon boasts a decliate smokiness flavor, with hints of saltiness and a subtle sweet and fresh finish. This was a light and refreshing dish to start us off.

Nestled within @capellasingapore , ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐Š๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ offers a lovely ambience on this very special day for couples.

The three-course dinner begins with a light and smooth ๐‘ต๐’๐’“๐’˜๐’†๐’ˆ๐’Š๐’‚๐’ ๐‘บ๐’Ž๐’๐’Œ๐’†๐’… ๐‘บ๐’‚๐’๐’Ž๐’๐’ and followed by the succulent and juicy ๐‘ฎ๐’“๐’Š๐’๐’๐’†๐’… ๐‘ผ๐‘บ ๐‘ท๐’“๐’Š๐’Ž๐’† ๐‘ฉ๐’†๐’†๐’‡ ๐‘บ๐’Š๐’“๐’๐’๐’Š๐’. The sumptuous meal ended with the sweet ๐‘ป๐’‚๐’“๐’•๐’† ๐‘จ๐’– ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’๐’„๐’๐’๐’‚๐’• ๐‘ท๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’Š๐’๐’†. I will let you guys in on the courses in my later postings, but hereโ€™s a video snippet for you!

Iโ€™d recommend you to go for their indoor tables for the ambience and air-conditioning, though the outdoor tables provide a pretty scenic view of the cascading pool and lush greenery.

Service was superb that night! The servers were really friendly and attentive, noticing and attending to your needs. As travel is still restricted, if you fancy a resort vibes away from the hustle and bustle of city life, ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐Š๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐’๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ฌ๐š is definitely one for you!

This was part of the Christmas Special Trolley Service. The thick slices of roasted turkey were served with brussels sprouts, baby carrots, sweet potatoes and drenched in cranberry sauce.

I always hesitate in getting turkey meat as they are always dry and tough. However, Basilicoโ€™s roasted turkey was neither dry nor tough! They were moist, tender and flavorful. If only Iโ€™d more stomach space, I wouldnโ€™t hesitate in getting another slice of it!

Super love this dessert! Served warm, this dessert features a steamed pudding sitting in a pool of rich toffee sauce with caramelized bits in it. The pudding was surrounded by an assortment of berries and topped with a luscious scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream. The pudding pairs superbly well with the toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream!

This is truly a sweet, smooth and sticky indulgence from start to finish. Itโ€™s one of those desserts that Iโ€™ll beg to have however stuffed I am after the meal๐ŸŒŸ.

The dish was beautifully presented with fresh tuna, salmon and avocado wrapped around sushi rice stuffed with prawn tempura and lastly, topped with black tobiko caviar.
I love the textural contrast and flavors thatโ€™s playing out in my mouth, with the crisp crunch from the fried tempura against the soft yet firm sushi and sashimi.

Their seafood galore boasts an array of seafood options, namely lobsters, crayfish, crab-legs, prawnsย andย half-shelled scallops.

I was really looking forward to this section of their sunday brunch menu! However, apart from the crab legs, I am saddened that the rest of the seafood offerings werenโ€™t as fresh. The crabs were nicely cracked for our convenience and the flesh came off really easily with a tug of the pincer shell! The crab legs were really sweet and fresh that I canโ€™t help but to order a second serving of it!

Served on a bed of fragrant basil couscous, the Barramundi was accompanied with fresh heirloom tomato salad and braised shallots, then drizzled with basil oil. The huge slab of barramundi was fresh and simply grilled till the skin was crisp. This is a hearty and refreshing dish thatโ€™s light on the palate.

I super love this dish! Wonderfully executed right from the presentation of the dish, down to the taste of each individual food item. The soy honey-glazed pork belly was super flavorful, moist and tender! Trust me when I say itโ€™s super well-marbled with melt-in-your-mouth texture๐ŸŒŸ! It goes really well with the creamy and fragrant pumpkin mash. I personally love the touch of the sweet potato chips to add texture to the pumpkin mash as well as to elevate the overall presentation of the dish.

This is one of my favourite item on their weekend brunch menu! You definitely have to try this while youโ€™re here for their weekend brunch!

Rich, buttery and delicate๐Ÿ˜Œ. The exterior layer was mildly crisp, while the interior was fatty, juicy and simply melts in your mouth๐Ÿคค.

It was such a pleasure to savour this beautifully executed dish while relishing in the peaceful ambience.

By looks-wise, itโ€™s no more glamorous than your standard vanilla ice-cream, but the taste was very interesting. Each mouthful was an adevnture and itโ€™s best to savour it slowly๐Ÿ˜Œ. Imagine the powerful aroma of truffles in a sweet, creamy form...You just gotta try it yourself!
