Awesome dinner last night, so glad that the menu is actually fusion!

Grilled Sapa Trout with Bun noodles, dill, spring onions and peanuts (160VND).

I’ve always marvelled at how Vietnamese cuisine is so fragrant.

Cheers to an action packed day one in Vietnam and to hot Vietnamese Plum Wine sat in the chilly mountains 💙
