The pho is kinda like kway teow, not the authentic viet rice noodles. Itโ€™s rather soft but not soggy. The beancurd roll is not bad, like those you find in zhaimifen. There are some oyster mushrooms as well. Soup is nice, clear and tasty, yet not too salty, served piping hot.
For toppings thereโ€™s basil, coriander, beansprouts, and onions. Overall I liked it, itโ€™s a nice and light on the palate. If you want something with more flavour, the no crab noodles would be a better choice!
