Begin this week with Sea Fortune Pasta ($23.80 as a set; $20 ala carte), consisting of grilled scallops and prawns with cream pasta, edamame, ginger-infused goji berries, poached egg and truffle oil. This is my favourite as the lightly creamed pasta was tasty and yet not the kind that you’ll feel “gelat” after eating a few bites! The scallops and prawns were fresh and simply well done. The best part was the poached egg – imagine the runny yolk oozing out like a small stream, yums! 😋😍
