When we first entered zipang, we were welcome by the bar counter which unlike many Japanese restaurants. Their menu was rather confusing and they sold beer by towers. .

So after flipping the menu number of times, we decided to go for a safe choice - sake clam soup. Nice clear soup with a hint of seafood sweetness.
