Thoroughly enjoyed the multisensory experience throughout dinner. Notables include the egg soufflé, foie gras pate, cheese platter, the pine needle sherbet and my personal favourite, the celebratory Almdudler drink made from 38 different herbs, spices, flowers and dried fruits airflown in from the Alps and handpicked by the chef’s family. Haven’t had such an enjoyable decadent meal in a while!
