Lao Huang is one of my favourite yong tau fu stalls! This time, we came early enough, so we managed to get the popular ingredients. I particularly like the fried taukwa and meatball. The taupok (which soaks up the soup) is a good option to have as well! The minced-meat noodles is my default order, as I enjoy the combination of the sauce with the tasty minced meat and slightly springy noodles. Crunchy (but not raw-tasting) beansprouts are added too :)
