The noodles are dried under low temperatures with no added salt, oil or preservatives.

Diners can choose from four types of noodles: waves, slices, handmade or hand-shaped thin. Pair the noodles with all-natural aromatic sauces such as shallot, signature, sesame or mala to create wholesome and nutritious meals that are high on the taste meter. Some of the noodle offerings include:

1) Signature Noodles with Pork Chop (S$12): Flavourful noodles are served with a generous portion of crispy pork chop.

2) Mala Noodles with Kou Shui Ji (口水鸡)(S$13.90): Numbing, spicy and aromatic. This dish is definitely a crowd-pleaser for lovers of spicy food!
