Kicking thing up a notch is their ‘The Original Roxy Laksa’ ($15). A nice in-between the usual lemak (rich in coconut) base and the shrimp forward soup, they use the recipe from ‘The legendary Roxy laksa’ at East Coasts Lagoon. Think Thick Rice Vermicelli, Tiger Prawns, Tau Pok, Fishcake in a luscious umami laksa broth. Lastly, the Signature Pork Lard Fried Rice ($12) was also an indulgence with generous amount of crispy pork lard.
