Crab meat linguine in a light tomato bisque sauce. While the linguine was cooked to optimal doneness with a good bite, this dish was a little too one dimensional in terms of flavour profile for me. It was also a little bit salty. Plus point to the crab meat, which was fresh. Overall a sub-par dish — could have been better if they had added a spicy or tangy element to it and been more generous with the crab meat!
