Anyway, the taste of truffle was quite strong in the truffle and mushroom-infused broth. And they even have actual truffle slices in this dish, sitting atop a bed of mashed potato (hidden in picture). Mashed potato in ramen broth may sound weird but the mashed potato surprisingly went well with the relatively heavy taste of the broth. A pretty interesting ramen variation, although some may feel this a bit similar, albeit heavier than average, to a normal tonkotsu-based broth ramen .
