Known as collagen soup base Japanese noodles. It's broth, supposedly made from bone marrows of poultry, was flavourful and rich. This set with tasty grilled soyu chicken, cost S$16.50++ a bowl. There's a choice for noodles. I personally enjoy the springy konnyaku noodles. The egg noodles would taste too common like the regular thin egg noodles in fishball soup. As well unlike other Japanese noodles that are served lukewarm, this bowl is served piping hot and remain so for sometime while you enjoy your noodles. Great for wet weather days!
