Lol I thought I would never eat this because I don't trust celebrity F&B. But a friends gathering happened here. This was one of the best sambal kangkong I've tasted. The vegetable is simple, but the magic was the sambal. As you can see, it's not drowning in sauce, but the flavour was intense.
