The Cantonese-style steamed baby squid with light soy-infused sauce, is fresh and tender. A simple dish but executed so well here! 🫶🏻
P.S. Beware of the spiky, long and thin soft bone found in the middle of the squid which I have unknowingly swallowed a couple of it. 😵💫
