This seasonal addition is basically surf and turf in a burger. The beef patty’s topped with crabmeat, sriracha mayo crabmeat, fish roe and calamari rings, tucked between sourdough buns. Think the roe was to blame for this tasting very much like a Japanese dish, not that I’m complaining. Only wished the buns could have to a bit easier to bite into!
