Endive . Carrot . Cherry

Tastes very different from the roasted pigeon we had in HK. The protein was grilled to perfection with a slightly charred skin (didnt taste too squishy fat). Is this the real taste of pigeon? Slightly gamey, like duck. 🤔
Heard of endive? Not me, this leafy veg looks like the chinese cabbage with a tinge of bitterness, pretty acquired i would say. But i do like the carrot puree and pickled cherry.
