'How should chilli crab ice cream even taste like?' was the first thought that popped into my head the moment I saw this on the menu. And you know, it was AWESOME! Literally icy cold and creamy chilli crab paste, with an added sourness, it was delightful, comes with a slight spicy kick and a sour twang all at the same time. Pairing it with the pillow-soft and sweet steamed buns, accompanied with the deep-fried soft shell crab and topped off with Keng Eng Kee's signature Chilli Crab sauce! I hear the full version at Labyrinth comes with fried man tou crumbs as part of the plating. My oh my 😱
