Literally icy cold and creamy chilli crab paste, with an added sourness, it was delightful, comes with a slight spicy kick and a sour twang all at the same time. Pairing it with the pillow-soft and sweet steamed buns, accompanied with the deep-fried soft shell crab and topped off with Keng Eng Kee's signature Chilli Crab sauce!
