Decided to lunch there after reading on The Straits Times how it took 7 years for the famous Ramen Chain to come to Singapore.

Ordered the Yuzu Shio Ramen since we were told that that is the best seller. The bowl of ramen came with a sliced for grilled pork, half a seasoned ajitama egg, bamboo shoots, mizuna leaves and seaweed. The ramen was soft - which I felt was a little overdone - and the soup broth was light, delicate with a Citrusy Yuzu taste. It tasted refreshing at the start but after a while - the citrusy taste really got to me - and I couldn’t even finish the broth. I love Yuzu but maybe not how it’s done here. So, if you are like me - who enjoys those rich, thick, almost-milky-with-so-much-fat tonkotsu broth - this may need some getting used to. Would I come back again - perhaps - but I will probably try something else - maybe something without Yuzu in it.
