Exquisite flavours and quality ingredients are what makes Asanoya one my favourite Japanese bakeries in Singapore. I haven't really had a "bad" bread or pastry here, and that says something about their creations.

Their signature karuizawa bread (pictured at the back) and tea loaves are a must-try - fluffy and bursting with subtle flavours with every bite. For something more bold, go for their maple walnut pretzel, French potato and lava cube loaves which will probably make you go "wow". Finally, end off on a sweet note with their Swiss rolls and cheese tarts which aren't cloyingly sweet so you'll be able to stomach them comfortably.

Sorry I didn't have pictures for all the items I've tried, but I'll update my entries once I have them! The breads here are also pricier, costing at least $2.30!
