Visited the stall at the coffee shop thrice to find it twice closed. Finally the uncle tell me it closes at 2.30pm. It is very similar to the one at hill street tai hwa! The small bits of fried flatfish are my favorite and at $4.50 after upsizing, are way more worth it than tai hwa! Overall it's pretty delicious!
