A little unorthodox in my reheating method, I popped Wild Child Pizzette’s Trio Formaggio ($19) into my airfryer for a couple of minutes instead of the recommended instructions and I am happy to report that the results were pretty good.

A beautiful union between taleggio, fior di latte, grana padano, and caramelised onions; the 10-inch pizza wasn’t too jelat and neither was it greasy. Those familiar with the good ol’ “traditional four-cheese” pizza, will also not be disappointed as the blend of flavours was on point - sweet from the onion toppings and savoury with a mild richness from the melted cheeses. The highlight was really the bulbous crust. Freckled with bits of char, the exquisite chewy dough was yums! And though pricey for the size, the pizza travelled pretty well and I can only imagine how much better it would be if I were to have it in the restaurant.
