Recommended by @fabianpoon , there was a stall hid at the far end of Tuas West. Not only they served the 3 common roasted meat (pork belly, char siew and duck), they also served a limited supply of roasted suckling pig. .

Compared to other places, their gravy was more on the savory and watery side. The duck was soft and infused with its spices but the char siew was tougher than expected. You could skip the soup because it tasted like water with added salt. Other than its remote location, this was one of the most authentic HK roasted meat I tried. .
